I'm Stickymanv420, and I'm the man who came up with the idea of The Jadwigan People's Oligarchy (JPSO). This is about what happened with JPSO before the server started.
The plan for my country was actually started when the server was first talked about around March. I had a hyperfixation of Poland and the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, and had made a country for it, which I named The Kingdom of King Jadwiga (KOKJ). This was going to be a monarchy with 1 ruler, Parliament, and various other jobs that were loosely inspired by the United Kingdom. The Parliament were the main voters, and the King had the final say. The first 2 people I had invited to my country were Sweetcreeper208, and Theflash777 since I worked with them on the Intermission realm before CR3, then I would invite others when CR3 goes up.
Months go by, and I forgot I made a kingdom concept for the realm, until it was 4-5 weeks before CR3 released. Around this time, my history class had finished up a unit on government systems, where the Oligarchy government peaked my interest. I then made JPSO, which we gained a few more members afterwards.
We were going to go on The Spine in the top right, but then an early version of Ruthen (Wrothgar) had claimed it as theirs for the server, then we went to where Tenka is now, then where JPSO is now. We were going to settle on the Jungle Island, but we teamed up with a nation that was going to be south of us called Archivia led by a man called Mason (RoundDragon). We teamed up since Mason had no one on his team, which we would then use Archivia as just land, while the capital would be fortified on the Jungle island. Then we got Slimerz17 right before the server officially started. Sometimes I think what it would be like if did make The Kingdom of King Jadwiga, and I don't think it would last long (at least with me in power). I was unable to join many times during the summer, and of course those times I couldn't join had important occasions like the founding of the country, and wars. The parliament would've been hard since we were slowly increasing during the initial days of the server, so I'd be on my own for most of the time for decisions. I'm not a good leader on my own, and the Monarchy would turn into more of an Oligarchy, or (In worst case), I would be couped out of my position. If I managed to still be in power, the barely functioning parliament wouldn't have done that much, and I'd probably drive the country into the ground since the Jungle Island isn't exactly that fertile of land. So I'm glad I had accidentally made it an Oligarchy instead.
